Karen P. SY Strength has surprised me in the best way possible. I used to be an active person but life got in the way and this is the first time in 13 years I’ve stepped into a gym and my first time doing strength training. My fears of alpha grunting couldn’t be further from reality - they’ve fostered an incredibly welcoming community and Charles’ training is 5/5. He takes the time explain and course correct, he pushes me beyond my own expectations and I now actually look forward to the physical activity again.

Chloe Costantino Amanda is the best PT. Classes are run perfectly, always fun and bubbly, and Amanda has helped me become a better version of myself. Highly recommend
