24K Transport Amazing gym with stunning views overlooking the golf course — easily one of the best training atmospheres around. The natural lighting is perfect, the equipment is top-notch, and the whole space just feels energising. Always a great place to smash a session. Highly recommend.

Joey Lai CorePlus was my first ever experience for pilates. I was already working out at the gym at the time but I wanted to elevate my routine. But even then, pilates felt a bit intimidating for me as I went alone. But after going here and attending classes with almost every instructor, I could not feel more different. I love the team and how they are different. They allow me to challenge myself or to cut back depending on how I am feeling that day. I never feel judged or unsure of what to do. They are quick to notice but quiet and comfortable correct you. Also a lot of the instructors have a great playlist, often to match the pace. Definitely a bonus. I would highly recommend attending here if you are looking around.
