K Reid The most loving, welcoming and inclusive studio I have ever been to. Amazingly talented and caring staff. It takes a while for me to warm up and trust new people but here I felt right at ease. I have never and will never be judged here and I know that, that is something I can always count on. Absolutely beautiful people who push you to always do your best and testing your ability while keeping you safe at the same time. I have not seen this level of care at any other studio I have ever been to. Thank you so much Elemental staff!

He’s always made me feel very comfortable and supported during our sessions, and I always look forward to our training. If you’re ever looking for a trainer, I recommend Adam. His approach to training has always come from a no-nonsense approach and understands and accommodates your background in training and exercise. As a woman with PCOS, he went the extra mile to find out what would work best for me.

Jane Andrews Hayley Corkery has helped my bad neck/back/etc so, so much! I have had chronic pain due to rock climbing and bad posture and Hayley has seriously helped to relieve my pain and has provided me with exercises that I can do to correct my posture habits. I recommend Hayley to anyone suffering from a sports injury/pain/bad posture, etc!!

Veronica Valente Ive been training with Tim for over 2 years, from the initial consultation he and his team were warm, welcoming and made me feel very comfortable post baby #2. Having weight trained for 10 years, body changes from 2 pregnancies, I had lost my way and was flip flopping around at the gym and needed some routine and structure around my training. So the booking was made with Bodyseek. 2 years on and Ive taken the plunge to compete in my first bodybuilding competition. I have felt all the support along the way, its not for the faint hearted, there is LOTS of work that goes on behind the scenes to get your nutrition plan and training program right, its personalised, it takes time for your body to be stripped back and incredible results to show. I cannot stress how dedicated and driven the team at Bodyseek are! Not only will they whip you into shape but they also serve the best coffees pre training, what a win!

Nestled beside a playground, tennis rebound wall and basketball court, the space features four main equipment stations including a chest press, leg press, aerobic cycle and body twist. What makes this facility especially appealing is its integration into a broader recreation area—while you train you’re surrounded by green space, open lawns and other active amenities. The ground surface is rubber-matted for greater comfort and safety, which makes it suitable for all fitness levels. The lack of entry fee is a huge bonus. On the flip side, as an outdoor setup, it has minimal shelter so weather can affect your workout and some pieces may be more basic compared to indoor gyms. All up, it’s a handy and well-situated option for a quick fitness session in South Melbourne.
