Upon reviewing our account, the staff laughed at something on the computer, making us uncomfortable. We believe they found our names unusual and struggled to pronounce them. Furthermore, they claimed to be unaware of the issues. We expressed our dissatisfaction and desire to cancel our membership. A formal complaint was submitted via an online form. The following day, a representative called with a loud tone, stating that we could cancel but must pay $295. His tone was bossy, lacking apology, acknowledgement, or professionalism.
