The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and they genuinely care about helping you reach your goals. Their Pilates classes are a standout—well-structured, challenging, and led by passionate instructors who guide you through every move with patience and encouragement. Whether youre a beginner or more advanced, theres always something new to learn and improve on. The gym itself is super clean, with modern equipment and a great vibe. It’s not just about working out—it’s about building confidence, strength, and a healthier lifestyle. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Genesis really lives up to its name—it’s a fresh start, a new beginning for anyone ready to invest in themselves.

Amitha Shenoi My experience with Genesis Health is awesome. I joined here specifically for group fitness classes and I enjoy them thoroughly. The trainers are awesome. Zumba classes are my favourite. Would recommend everyone to join this if looking for good trainers for group classes.

Chris Rogers Great kids party. We had a group of about 20 kids for a 7y.o party. Our host Caitlyn was amazing hosting us & looking after the kids. Nothing was too much trouble for her & the kids loved her. A true credit to this centre. Pizzas, fairy bread, fruit platter & cake were all really good. Saturdays are busy, it’s to be expected. Be organized and bring the right attitude & little extra patience. The kids all loved it, the parents got to chat and it was easy. I’d recommend it.

Mohan Dee Weerasingha Worst customer service experience we have encountered in Australia so far. We visited Box Hill Goodlife due to overcharging and simultaneous urgent payment reminders. Upon reviewing our account, the staff laughed at something on the computer, making us uncomfortable. We believe they found our names unusual and struggled to pronounce them. Furthermore, they claimed to be unaware of the issues. We expressed our dissatisfaction and desire to cancel our membership. A formal complaint was submitted via an online form. The following day, a representative called with a loud tone, stating that we could cancel but must pay $295. His tone was bossy, lacking apology, acknowledgement, or professionalism. We intend to file a complaint with Consumer Affairs

Kate Indian I’m leaving 5 stars for PT Adam P who is the most delightful of people. He’s always made me feel very comfortable and supported during our sessions, and I always look forward to our training. If you’re ever looking for a trainer, I recommend Adam. His approach to training has always come from a no-nonsense approach and understands and accommodates your background in training and exercise. As a woman with PCOS, he went the extra mile to find out what would work best for me.

Ann We attend Kangaroos with Coach Gaby and we LoooOoooooVE her! Shes an amazing balance of firm and fun! She has helped my little sprog gain so much confidence in just giving things a go! As a kindergarten teacher, her lessons are creative, well prepared and just really engaging! We have loved the last 6 mths and cant wait for Term 3.

HHGSB Very family friendly club. Great variety of programs. Encouraging all levels/abilities of gymnastics. Our 6 year old daughter loves going and now attends 3 classes per week. Highly recommend.

alex Lopes I recently had the unfortunate experience of joining the Surrey Park Junior Football Club, and I must say it was nothing short of a complete disappointment. From the moment I walked through the doors, I could tell this was not going to be the fulfilling experience I had hoped for. First and foremost, the organization of the club was abysmal. Communication was a complete mess, with emails going unanswered and important updates never reaching the parents. It seemed like the club had no clear plan or direction, leaving everyone feeling lost and frustrated. The coaching staff was equally disappointing. It was evident that many of them lacked the necessary skills and knowledge to properly train and develop young athletes. Practices were disorganized, and it felt like the coaches were just going through the motions, with no real passion for teaching the game. The facilities at Surrey Park were in dire need of renovation. The playing fields were uneven, and some were downright dangerous with potholes and debris scattered around. It was clear that the club had not invested in maintaining or improving their facilities for quite some time. The worst part of my experience, however, was the toxic culture within the club. There was a clear favoritism towards certain players, and it seemed like the coaches and some parents were more interested in winning at all costs than in the well-being and development of all the kids. This created a hostile environment that was anything but enjoyable for the children. In conclusion, my time at Surrey Park Junior Football Club was a major letdown. From poor organization to subpar coaching and a toxic culture, it was an experience I wouldnt wish on anyone. If youre considering enrolling your child in this club, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for a more positive and fulfilling sports experience.
