shanna bodin Unfortunately very unhappy with work of new owners , I requested my King Charles be shaved and she came out with a very uneven messy clip down her legs , tail and around her ears the lengths varied greatly and she came out with a square head. I will not be going here in the future .

Kathleen Gerster My gorgeous Ralph had the best groom ever. When I picked him up he was happy even though I know he doesnt like his paws being clipped but the girls took that into account and made him at ease. It is the best groom he has ever had. Have booked in for another so I dont miss out closer to Xmas.

Pauline OHalloran My Bichon Frise, Lily, recently went to the Grooming Barn for the first time and I was so happy with the wonderful customer service and end result. Lily seemed happy and relaxed on my return and I dont think she has ever looked so pretty! I would highly recommend this salon.

Tyla Law Unfortunately have new owners. Very unhappy with service. We requested no cutting or trimming on your border collie and she came out with shaved paws with patches of missing hair. Her skin was dry flaky and she still had wet hair when we picked her up. She came out with tail between her legs and looked very scared. She looked as if she hadn’t been brushed and her hair was going in all different directions. Took her to a new groomers today and they said her coat was in poor condition from last groom and she was ABSOLUTELY petrified. Before this experience our dog loved going to the groomers and was also happy when we picked her up. Very unfortunate that Ali left as we had been going to her for over a year with no issues. Now we have a dog who is petrified to walk into the groomers, with dry itchy skin. They were speaking in a different language right in front of us without communicating with us. We wanted to give them a try after Ali left but we definitely will not be returning.
