Chanel is my hairdresser and she is truly amazing — I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! Every visit feels like catching up with a friend, and I always leave feeling confident and fresh. Highly recommend!

Zara Evans Jess is an amazing hairdresser! Always love going to Satori hair Kingsville, and in recent months have been bringing my toddler who loves a chat with all the hairdressers and clients, who make her feel so welcome also! The whole experience is always very smooth and Jess is so accomodating and knows exactly what I need for my haircut and busy lifestyle. Highly recommend!

Fatima Syad Staff were not friendly or welcoming at all. Customer service was lacking. Was really disappointed with how we were treated as new customers. Had spoken to the young male hair dresser on the phone to book in just for a consultation and make sure the hairdresser understood what I wanted. We were told the consultation would be free of charge and that we didnt need to book in for a haircut until I was satisfied with the consultation. Went in for my consultation on time and was told I had to wait indefinitely until the hairdresser finished up another clients foils. Normally I dont mind waiting but we werent even given an indication of how long it might take before she could see me. The hairdresser also seemed to expect me to have a haircut right after the consultation? Lack of communication between staff. Wont be coming back here.
