Herin If you plan to come in the morning, come earlier to avoid long queue.
I recommend their scones, amazingly good. The jam was really special.
Cottage pie was also surprisingly good.
Price a bit high, but still reasonable.
Service was good. Serving time was decent.
Place are nice, and well decorated.

Axemans Fishing Adventures Popped up here for an early lunch, 1130am on a Saturday. Opens at 11am and was very busy, but we were able to get a table for 2 immediately. The waitresses, with the English accent added a nice flavour and was an absolute delight. So friendly and helpful. We ordered the Welsh rarebit fingers that were a delicious starter. Then the cottage beef pie, which was amazing. We finished off with the trifle and a serve of plain scones with raspberry jam and cream. Which were both scrumptious. Washed down with a pot of Yorkshire Gold tea. We totally enjoyed our experience a Miss Marples, and will definitely be back.

Pixels A really neat place to visit. Situated in the Dandenong hills this old establishment reeks of history.
The internals are old English Tudor style with plaster and old wood beams. Pictures of Margaret Rutherford adorned the walls in her famous miss Marple role.
Cafe opens at 11 am but the web site says 10 am.
The menu is good with a reasonable choice and prices a little high but worth the experience. We both had their pies served in a dish and covered with a mash potato topping and we also ordered a side of chips. The selections were Beef and Chicken, the Beef being the better tasting. Within fifteen minutes of the opening it was almost full and the majority of people were having the traditional Jam and cream scones. It was a very pleasant morning treat. Staff were excellent and under pressure with the volume of customers but coped well.
The male toilets hold a surprise for men. There is parking opposite and in the surrounding area. Nice location and a few walks start from here for those wanting to walk off the calories. Well worth a visit. A Miss Marple theme night would be a great success with staff and customers in clothing of the day

Nick Is this place popular? Absolutely. Is it worth the wait? Yeah if you want to experience something different than your average cafe or tea house. This place brings you back to the 1900s and its like you time travelled. The scones are what you want to order. The fingers as well was amazing. Overall a bit tight in space but its super cozy. Not much room for prams unfortunately. Toilets super clean.
