Erin Lander One of Sydneys most prestigious and results-driven gyms! I have been training at SOMA for close to 2 years now and I could not recommend it more highly. From the staff to the amenities, every detail is meticulously executed. The space is beautiful with state of the art equipment and recovery centre. The staff are not only attentive but well educated in their fields which enables them to give well rounded insights that are tailored to your journey. I am always greeted by name when I walk in for my sessions and I absolutely love being part of this wonderful community!

Oli Wright In the past 3 months, Adam’s taken me from not setting foot in a gym for nearly a decade to putting on 8kg of muscle. He’s not your average PT, he’s in your corner well beyond the sessions and up for answering any question. I’ve learnt everything from diet and form to how to actually program workouts that make sense. His programs hit way harder than if you’re just winging it on your own. And tbh he’s just a great guy with his heart in the right place. Highly recommend working with him!

Steve P Nice gym. I go regularly to a Anytime Fitness close to home, but have decided to come here on my lunch break from work. Good range of equipment, great open space, was really clean, passcode lockers, plenty of change rooms - cant ask for much more, sure beats my local anytime!
