R Wil My partner and I have been attending The Bones for over 3 years now, and we really love our sessions there. From day one, it’s been a very safe and inclusive space—something I really appreciate, especially as someone who used to find gyms pretty intimidating. The mums and bubs classes are well set up with a change table, playpen, and the trainers always help with bringing prams upstairs, if needed. Matt and Adam genuinely care about helping you reach your fitness goals, ensuring proper technique, and if my baby is a little unsettled they are always happy to hold her so that I can finish my workout. Their knowledge and ability to adapt workouts around any injuries or concerns have been invaluable to me, as it allowed me to maintain a solid base level of fitness before, during, and after pregnancy. If you’re after guided strength training in a genuinely inclusive and supportive community, The Bones is the place!

Middle Park Beach Outdoor Gym - VIC

Adam G Located on the Middle Park Foreshore, at the corner of Armstrong Street and Beaconsfield Parade, Middle Park, this is one of six Council-managed outdoor exercise equipment areas in parks in the City of Port Phillip. Although small, with only 4 exercise stations, being on the Middle Park Foreshore, this mini outdoor gym is in a perfect location for those people that want to work out while taking advantage of the great outdoors. Its easily accessible and provides for free fitness opportunities for all to use at any time. It includes some of what are called Back to Basics outdoor fitness equipment - Vault Bar, Sit-up Bench, Push-up Bar, and a Log Hop station that together provide for an effective, self-paced, do-it-yourself exercise program. The idea is to move from exercise to exercise following the instructions to systematically work out in a safe and effective manner and theres a sign that coaches you on how to safely and effectively use the particular fitness equipment at each exercise station. Theres also a Welcome and Heart Check, Cardiovascular Fitness Guide.

Vision Personal Training Willoughby - VIC

Jimmy Taylor Ive been training with Vision Willoughby for over six months and to say I love it is an understatement. The team, led by Jeremy, have completely transformed my view on fitness and wellbeing and have been the best coaches to make long lasting & sustainable change. The group classes are tailored to your level at all times and a LOT of fun - always full of encouragement and a lot of laughs, and my PT sessions with Izzy push me and I feel great afterwards. The team keep you track and will be right there if & when you need the extra support (Ive needed this a lot!) The thing I love most is the genuine sense of community, connect and support - not just from the trainers but from everyone who goes. its a great gym and I’m very grateful to be part of it. Come join it - its great!
