5 /5 Tia C: I’ve now done Pilates here with Carolina and Emma now and I really enjoy the sessions here. The smaller class sizes really facilitate an environment where you can perfect your form, with plenty of guidance. The physiotherapy background of the instructors is really noticeable in the way they tailor the movements to the needs of your body and any injuries you may have. I’d highly recommend this studio, especially if you are recovering from any injury or have weak joints like I do.

I was amazed at the success of my appointment - not only was my treating physio, Katie, able to book me in that day, she treated me with a high degree of skill and empathy - stepping me through each step in my treatment as she went. I can’t praise the clinic and Katie’s professionalism enough!
