He’s knowledgeable and approachable, and his dedication really stands out. Best gym experience I’ve had, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Belinda Gibson One of the best Pilates Studios Ive ever been to! After a long time away from the reformer I started back up again with Callie and her incredible team at Studio 40. This is such a friendly , judgement free and encouraging environment. The instructors are so skilled at meeting everyone in a class at their level , adapting as needed and supporting you to move forward in your technique , strength and flexibility. It is a place to look forward to going to - cannot recommend enough!

Moreau Joe (Jomo) i’ve been a member for several months and I couldn’t be happier with this gym. Compared to the ones I’ve belonged to in the past this one is the one you want to belong to. I’m there every day because it’s so easy to get there at any time. The staff are helpful but unobtrusive. The equipment has recently been upgraded and there’s plenty to choose from make this your local gym. It’s good.
