Jemimah Ghaly What a MIND BLOWING gym. Genuinely. Like well and truly has already transformed and inspired my fitness journey. I’ve been training my whole life so for me to be impressed by a gym is rare! But more so… the staff. The stunning Emily is who signed me up and gave me a tour. She didn’t even have to sell the gym. You could tell how passionate she already was about it just through the love of the Gym and love for her job. I felt seen and understood by her and actually felt like we created a cute gym friendship- which makes me want to come even more. Always checks in on me when I’m training. The staff are great. Don’t second guess joining up!

Evan Crompton Top friendly highly social gym, great instructors, fun classes, keeps you coming back. Ive got much fitter thanks to the crossfit and boxing classes, way more fun than solo weights or treadmill dreariness.

KX Pilates Balwyn North - NSW

Katia M KX Balwyn North are Simply the best! I have recently completed over 100 classes with this studio and each time has been an absolute pleasure. All of the instructors are extremely knowledgable, motivating and genuine. They create a supportive, judgement free atmosphere where everyone is welcome despite ability level. This culture rubs off onto the clients attending class who are all very friendly and encouraging. Unlike some other pilates studios I have tried, each KX class offers a proper full body work out. They also ensure the entirety of class time (50 mins) is dedicated to the workout (time to stretch/cool down happens before and after class). Parking is easy and there are plenty of classes on offer that vary by ability level. Highly recommend!

olly cain I’ve been training with Ben twice a week for almost two years, and it’s honestly been one of the most impactful decisions I’ve ever made. Beyond being an incredible personal trainer, Ben has been a mentor, a role model, and a steady presence through some of the toughest periods of my life, including a major breakup and a career change. He’s never missed a session, always shows up on time, and leads by example with calm, level-headed guidance. Ben doesn’t just focus on fitness, he teaches discipline, accountability, and what it means to be strong both mentally and physically. I’ve learned so much from him, not just about training, but about how to show up as a better man, friend, and future family leader. Such a rare and wonderful human being. Couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Geni Pilovski I first started seeing Sue more than 10 years ago due to problems with my lower back. She was amazing from the moment I met her and I knew I was in trusted hands. Sue knew exactly what I needed to strengthen my body and tailored my sessions to those needs. She always makes sure that I’m doing the right move for my body using the right technique. I’ve gained so much confidence in my body and have seen and felt improvements in my strength and flexibility that I didn’t think was possible anymore. I’m so grateful to Sue for the impact that this studio has had on both my physical and mental health.
