Alejandra Grillo Calderon Epping Dance Fitness is a great mix of dancing, strength, and cardio. Love this class! If youre looking for a workout thats actually challenging and super fun, this is it. The music is always on point, which is a big plus for me! Ive been going for almost a year now, and its brought back my love for dancing. Fiona and Nicole are awesome instructors – and make it enjoyable for everyone. Its a class for all levels, so anyone can jump in. I look forward to my classes every week!
