Selina Neave Ive been training with Lucy for almost a year. Her sessions always push me, they are fun and keep me wanting more. My fitness has inproved a great deal as well as my physique. She has also been assisting with an injury and how we can work at strengthening my weak areas. I highly recommend Lucy whatever your fitness level.
