The studio is beautiful & spacious and the equipment is very clean and up to date. Most importantly the instructor was very knowledgeable and encouraging & the atmosphere was great! Squadron Performance & Wellbeing - VIC

Peter Simpson F45 under Steves tutelage was great, but the rebirth as Squadron has lifted the experience to a far higher level. Exercise stations are way better and are tailored to the Members needs. The trainers are the same fine folks, and keep us all working hard, with encouragement and the proper techniques explained. Having the Studio open for personal sessions is an added bonus. I pay less than I did when I joined F45 in March 2017. Dont just believe me though, come and do a Trial. Youll love it!!
