Jenna Sonogan Melsways is an amazing gym, and caters to people with all levels of Muay Thai experience, from experienced to never having done it. The classes are well structured and a great balance between technique, fitness and fun. The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging, making for a wonderful environment where everyone supports each other.

Brooke As a vegan I often come here to get more specialty items that the supermarket just dont have yet. Ive always had a very pleasant experience shopping here, and make a point of coming in as often as I can. My partner and I both shop here and love it. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly to both of us!

Durkashini Jegatheesan I have been going to EMS Hornsby for for the past 5 months and it has been a great incorporation to my fitness regime and you feel like youve had a good workout minus the gym equipment. Trainers are amazing, super friendly and very accommodating. Added bonus of the location being so close to home.
