5 /5 Erica Menting: I’ve been coming to Triple Zero Fit and Jay for twice weekly sessions - and rather than muscle gain or weight loss (although let’s face it, that’s nice too) I was looking to improve performance in netball and footy, and avoid injury as I got older. Jay’s kept me going, largely injury-free and improving at competitive sport into my forties! Jay’s super power is finding out what motivates each of her clients, and getting them where they want to go. Every program Jay writes is designed to keep me motivated, gives something to keep my brain engaged, as well moving me closer to my fitness goal. She also regularly checks in on your goals and adjusts, including to changes in your lifestyle where needed. Cannot thank Jay and Triple Zero Fit enough!
