Richard Galvin Plus Fitness at Turramurra suits me because it is very convenient to workout anytime I want, it has all the machines and weights that I need, and it’s not too expensive. But like all gyms it can get a bit crowded at peak times. I’ve been having personal training with Erminia, an extremely dedicated and focused trainer who is sensitive to your needs. This is helpful to me, with a few long term injuries and recovering from minor medical procedures. I expected to sign up to just a month for her personal training, but the benefits of learning from such a skilled person keep me motivated to continue beyond that time. The improvements to both my fitness and health are significant.

Marina van der Walt I joined Hive Active in May and Fraser is helping me build muscle strength to support bone density. He takes a wholistic approach to our sessions and has helped healed an old shoulder injury, by taking a considered and balanced approach.
