The ladies are most helpful with organising both appointments and payments. I have been seeing Andi Dowling for many years now and Andi has helped me immensely with my ongoing back issues. There are times when I dont know how I would cope without her ongoing treatment. Not only does Andi treat my back pain but she also shows concern for my overall general wellbeing. Sacred Soul Wellness Yoga - Sutherland Shire - VIC

Dave Young Lindsay teaches an incredible Yin yoga class on Thursday nights. As someone new to yoga, I’ve found Lindsay to be welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly clear in her guidance. It’s easy to see why more experienced students, who regularly return to her class, love it so much. Yin yoga has been a fantastic way for me to begin my yoga journey. The longer holds in each pose have helped me deepen my understanding of the practice, improve my focus on breathing, and truly connect with my body. Unlike faster-paced yoga styles (which I’ve also enjoyed), Yin allows me the time to find each pose and breathe properly—something I’m still working to master in other classes. For now, Lindsays Yin class at 7 PM on Thursdays is the highlight of my week, and I couldn’t recommend it more!

Fit State of Mind - VIC

Bradley Nelson Did a group breath work session with Rob today. It was a great way to connect and unwind in a relaxed setting. Rob’s knowledge of overall health and wellness is elite and he gave us practical ways to integrate the breath work into our daily lives.
