They tailor the training to each person and most importantly they make sure its not boring. Rob, Mike, Morgan and the team are great - EVERYONE should come here - even if youre an experience health and fitness person youll definitely improve some aspect of your training!

Sharni is absolute gold and has saved me thousands of dollars in shoulder injections (not to mention pain) by tailoring my workout to support my injury and ultimately repair it. Located in Parkdale but worth the drive if you are Bayside.

5 /5 Elizabeth Duyvestyn: The two trainers at Fitness is Fun, Rob and Sharni, have completely changed my life. I have been training with them for 8 years now and they both still keep me on my toes. Whether it is strength or functional training that you are looking for, these locals are the best in the business. They are both super friendly but once they know your limits, you can bet that they are going to push them. I never imagined in my life that I would be able to lift what I do now, or be as fit as I am. Put your trust in them and they will help you to achieve all your goals!!!

Not only am I getting fit but I am being taught as I go; eating tips, training techniques and the reasons behind what works. You will be pushed hard and this is exactly what I was missing from previous clubs. This is not your run of the mill gym, where you are just a number, Fitness is Fun actually care about you, and your goals. They take the time to get to know you and you get to know them! I love this studio. Rob, Sharni, Mike and Morgan, you are an amazing team. I will never train anywhere else!
