Classical Pilates Method - NSW

Emma Russell Cathryn is a passionate, knowledgable and highly attentive instructor. She pays close attention to the specificities of everyones bodies and capabilities and adjusts exercises as needed. Ive been regularly attending her classes for over a year and my core feels so much stronger. Lower backpain is a distant memory!
