Different levels for your own personal journey. Focuses on bodyweights, resistance, balance and core, perfect for those of us who have had babies. Good value for money and plenty of class times to choose from.

Martin Friedrich Ares Strength Tullamarine Monday, Wednesday, Friday and sometimes Saturdays as well I have happily driven out from Brighton to take my super keen son to train with Kris. To do this we have had to get up at 5:30am. (40 minute drive each way) The only problem being I have had to get him to school by 8:30am and he has sometimes been late. Therefore, I have tried 3 other gyms closer by with one being an easy ride from our house. Unfortunately, or fortunately, we have just kept on coming back to Kris…………. We simply can’t find a gym that comes close to what Kris offers. From the first day we walked in my boy found the exact inspiration he had been looking for with strength and conditioning that a serious cross country and track athlete needed. Thanks to Kris’s training, his strength, endurance and above all mindset quickly improved and so did his race positions. His running coach made it clear that Ares was the number one place to go and we certainly agree!!!!

Nicole Dunn Excellent experience! Ive been working with him for about a month and making good progress though I had a small setback since my last appointment and came in today with a fair bit of pain. Luke was amazing and brought in another therapist to confer and help get me some pain relief. I walked with crutches and couldnt weight bear on my right leg but by the time I left I could put some weight on the leg and felt more positive that I will continue to get better. He really is an amazing therapist, healer and Im so glad to have found him.
