From the first instance, John was friendly polite And honest. We had some very special requirements regarding holding the car after we paid a deposit and this need was met without fuss. Since the vehicle had been sitting unused for 10 years, In a collection, I wanted to get a full service done on This vehicle. John coordinated this for me with a fantastic local mechanic called allmakes autos. Who intern were just as fantastic as John at Phillips and co-automotive. Thank you John for helping put together a Seemless transaction with a few very particular requirements from myself. 1 /5 Danika Gothard: Terrible experience. Paid over market value for a car because of promised reliability and guarantee. Straight away engine light came on and wouldn’t go faster than 40k, reluctant to take it back and then didnt have it for 2 months for them to say couldn’t find a problem. My own mechanic fixed it same day. $1500 down, still no refund. Even through fair trade they said they’d pay a little $350 and still have not got that. Don’t be fooled by the family run persona.
