Willoughby Leisure Centre - NSW

Lily Fan This is a wonderful place to both have a relaxing swim or a fast swim squad training. They have a beginner’s swimming program for kids who are just starting to learn how to swim, but also a swim squad (Willoughby Swim Club) for those who are competing in a higher level standard. Cafeteria’s coffee was really nice, originally from Toby Estate. They have a play area and diving blocks, a 25m pool are also included. Outside, there’s a netball field while inside there’s a multipurpose field both may be used for Badminton, Basketball and more.

Body be well-personal trainers - NSW

maya k Training with Diana has been the best gift my mum could have given me. I really wanted to do some kind of exercise but I was really nervous to go to the big gyms as I found them a little intimidating It has been amazing training with Diana in a small studio alongside my mum. I feel totally supported and am starting to feel stronger in myself. Diana is such an amazing trainer and person and she made me feel at ease from the moment I met her. Each week is different and I am pushed far more than what I would do on my own which I needed. Apart from the training it is fantastic having a chat and laugh with her. Looking forward to training together for the years to come. Maya xo

CLUB AM:PM - NSW

Lisa Fiorda These instructors care about the way you move. You are not a body in a sea of so many other bodies. Instructors move about the class and pay attention to how students are moving and receiving their instructions, giving great cues and modifications when required. We all have different bodies requiring different movements at times and these instructors pay attention to what your body needs. And just when you’re about to give in along comes the motivational line that you need to keep going! And the beats keep you moving!

KDP FITNESS - NSW

Rosie Velardi After taking a couple of years off from the gym, I was pretty nervous about getting back into it and joining a new place. Although at KDP everyone has been so supportive, welcoming and encouraging. I’ve only been going for a week but I’m already loving every moment and look forward to each session. Couldn’t recommend this gym more — such a positive and motivating environment!
