I get so much advice all the way from my nutrition to my daily habits to my work outs and all the encouragement in between. Really down to earth bunch of trainers here, and the bonus free classes when you sign up with personal training actually get us all together and mingling and makes this whole thing feel like a community. Gabrielle Winston KX Fitzroy is absolutely my favourite studio. The studio itself is always well maintained, clean, with all equipment in perfect condition. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond for their clients. Despite being regularly undertaking reformer classes, if I have had a break and need to be eased back in, the modifications offered by the instructors are perfect. The classes are far from intimidating and I always leave feeling as though I have had a workout. Zaras classes are always a favourite too - it is evident how skilled she is as an instructor considering the variation of exercises she includes in every single class.

The staff are friendly and easy to talk to, and the personal trainers are approachable and supportive. It’s a great place to train in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Highly recommend!
