Paolo Tarray UK’s 1Rebel now in Melbourne. The studio is more akin to a nightclub so you don’t really feel like you’re working out (that’s what makes it so fun!) Three concepts to choose from — Rumble, Reformer and Reshape, so there is something for everyone. Rumble is what got me in the door but I love all three! Variety of coaches on the timetable which all bring energy and enthusiasm to get you pumped. Prosecco served after classes on Friday evenings if you’re into that too! Amenities are clean and modern, and towels and toiletries available.

Marie-Hélène Predhom Very friendly, laidback yet professional yoga space. I particularly enjoy Jaimes classes and his Yin class. The studio is neatly laid out, welcoming. The offer is quite complete and very affordable, even for drop-in. Highly recommend!

Chris Hung I was recommended by my son to see Jake after I injured my ankle and knee. Jake reviewed my MRI and US reports and set about developing a set of exercises to focus on rebuilding strength due to my injuries. Each visit Jake would review my progress and progressively increase and/or change the exercises. At first there was small progress but after a few weeks the progress increased at a rapid rate with Jakes help and advice. I highly recommend the team and certainly thanks to Jake, I have full mobility and increased strength than before. I need to stay discipled with the exercise routine.

Zoey Chen I’ve been seeing Alex for physio and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. He’s incredibly professional, knowledgeable in both theory and practice, and extremely patient. What really stood out to me is how attentive and meticulous he is — he noticed even the smallest mistakes in my rehab poses and took the time to correct me multiple times to make sure I was doing everything safely and effectively. Cecilia Roberts Just recovering from a Total Knee Replacement and wanted to ensure optimal recovery. So, I went to MCAP, Adam (Physiotherapist) devised a realistic , systematic program that built strength, mobility and flexibility. He consistently adjusted the program to reflect small gains and achievements. His considerable knowledge of what was required was evident as he addressed any small issues that occurred. 4 months on both my surgeon and Adam are very pleased with my progress and I am well underway to a full recovery. I cannot recommend MCAP highly enough
