5 /5 Enoch Mok: I suddenly started getting pain near the knee bone after running, and I was so afraid that it was something major in the knee that got injured. I was so glad I went to see a physio instead of a doctor because it turns out to be a hamstring tendon issue. Jake was super patient and understanding, and when he mentioned it sounds more like a tendon issue, I was a little suspicious about his initial diagnosis because the area that hurts isn’t what one would consider hamstring, but after doing the hamstring strengthening exercises that he gave me to do, it really became better!
I also had a shoulder injury, which I told Jake about. He quickly sorted it out for me and was professional about it, and I quickly recovered after doing exercises according to his physio instructions
Definitely affordable considering you get to be so flexible with the appointment timings and it is relatively convenient for a Monash (clayton) student
