Yanni Anastasiadis PTC is hands down the best gym I’ve ever trained at. The equipment is elite, the environment is motivating, and the coaches actually know what they’re talking about. Every session feels like you’re improving technique, strength, everything. The community is unreal too. No egos, just people who train hard and push each other. If you want real results, proper programming, and a gym that actually cares, PTC is the place. Highly recommend Max to do some training with!

PureGym London Croydon | New Kit Just Landed - NSW

Niquee Aura TV I really enjoy coming here. The gym is generally clean & the women’s only section is really nice and kitted out too, which is great. the AC works throughout the building too, which is good, especially during the summer. I’ve had a few issues and every concern I’ve raised with management has been address swiftly, professionally and all issues were resolved. Overall, I’d recommend other women to come here, this is a safe gym for us.

Emma Sexton Jake is the best coach I have ever worked with. His integrity and approach to coaching is second to none. I have been working with Jake for around 5 years now and I couldn’t imagine ever working with a different coach. The goals I have reached with him and continue to work towards are beyond what I ever thought possible. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Rebecca Jansen I love doing reformer because it focuses on activating your muscles. It makes you concentrate on your balance thats ensures you work on your core. Reformer builds strength, flexibility, and improved posture by using spring resistance for a low-impact, which is great for your joints. You get a full body workout with impacting your joints. I love it!!
