Kim Dixon I have done 2 classes, one with Jordan the other with Ashleigh, and have thoroughly enjoyed both of them. Love the encouragement to persist while having fun but also love that it is low impact and definitely gets the heart rate pumping. Gyms dont do it for me BUT Bungee is next level and definitely for everyone no matter the age or fitness level. I loved it that much that after my second class I purchased the 20 class package.
