Kate Prestt I had been reluctant to give personal training a go for many years but want others to know my journey with Gary has made me better equipped to take on new fitness challenges with a stronger mindset.
I didn’t realise how much I needed to “recalibrate” but looking back on my 12 week journey I’ve gone from limited mobility to increased flexibility, strength, energy and improved posture.
I started with six weeks in person and then moved to online coaching to enable me to do the exercises at a time that worked for me.
With Gary’s help I’ve learned a lot. I needed to do the hard work but it’s been worth it and I have felt supported on my journey.
