Mika Johnson Ive been getting PT sessions from Mike for over a year now and its the only exercise Ive ever stuck to! He is always so great at motivating me. There are group sessions on offer and a good range of equipment so truly something for everyone. Mike focuses on building strength rather than weight loss which is a big plus for me as it keeps it very positive. I love it here!

Its a great workout for those forearms so expect to the sore in the coming days after visiting especially if you only boulder casually or as a first-timer! Had a good time with friends. Nick A I’ve been almost 4 years member but this place has the worst management ever. They said my membership was cancelled and I asked for guest pass for the day until I could figure out why my insurance pass was not working. the front deck employee is very rude and has had an attitude every time I see him. When I went to the manager to ask for the policy of why I couldn’t get a guest pass through my daughter, they gave me receipt of cancellation but nothing about the policy regarding guest passes. I have never received this bad service and the management has no idea what their polices even are. Go anywhere else, this place is the worst even EOS is better.
