5 /5 Lakshman: After its makeover, this gym has been everything Ive needed and helped me get back into a regular routine. It has the right mix of racks, cardio and machines that cater for most gym goers. In particular, my PT Elissa has been a game changer. Ive been with her for two years now and shes completely transformed my strength and fitness. The other PTs here (Lachlan and Ryan) are legends and go out of their way to make this the most welcoming space for all people. Management has always been polite and reasonable, and the community here is fantastic. 5/5 stars, no notes.

5 /5 Goibniu Walton: I’ve been training at Plus Fitness Rydalmere for about a year and a half now, and honestly, it’s the best gym around. Great atmosphere, awesome equipment, and a super friendly community. I’ve been working with Lachy Allan, one of the in-house trainers, for the past 7 months, and the progress has been unreal. We’ve added +60 kg to my deadlift, +40 kg to my squat, and +25 kg to my bench. Couldn’t recommend him or this gym more highly!

Massive shout out to the workers there, particularly Steph and Livia, you guys take alot of pride in your work and it shows - keep up the great work.

daniel chang Great place to get healthier and stay fit. Clean place, neatly placed equipment, and super friendly staffs. And the highlight of 101 Fitness is the Personal Trainer!! They are dedicated, professionals, and fun! They take care their clients to the details (from the correct micro movements until the daily food programs) I personally think this place is the best in Melbourne, and I’ve been with 101 Fitness since November last year and still going. I would suggest anyone who interested to join the gym, sign up for the PT, because they will give you a vast knowledge about how to change your life to the best!
