Raymond Lau Moussa was awesome. We only popped in for a coffee and hot milk and were well looked after. Such nice friendly service. We were only here as a wait area before picking up wife from the airport but the kids love it. Had a go on the gym equipment whilst waiting

Varuna Nangia I thoroughly enjoy yoga classes with Jori! The classes maintain a great balance between being fast-paced and yet very rejuvenating and relaxing, which works great for both the body and mind. Jori beautifully explains the asanas and tailors them as needed. It is a beautiful community of like minded people with a shared love for mindfulness and well being. Highly recommend!

Trained with most of this crew from the old F45 days, but the glow up with the studio and the commitment of the trainers with helping you reach your goals is second to none. Love the combination of wellness activities + training. Best trainers, community and space around!
