5 /5 Olivia Kittel: The Yard Gym Norwood is a fantastic place to train and a great location being so close to the Adelaide CBD and easily accessible from the Eastern suburbs. Stevie and her wonderful team are professional, inclusive and encouraging and have built a lovely community in such a short time already. There are ample parking options and a great variety of class times with many options for you to take your pick. The facilities are stunning and I always leave feeling happy I went and got a great workout in!
Dora Pujcsev I’ve been training with Karen since September last year and believe she is one of the most caring, encouraging, experienced and flexible personal trainer. I started training after a back injury so we focus on core work as well as full body workout. Karen ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries and tailored the sessions to my specific rehabilitation needs. Karen is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and enjoyable at the same time.
