Clancy Kristian (Kris) While its pretty early in my sessions being guided by Andrew, the human behind Berwick Personal Training, I know Im in safe hands.
He isnt a PT who yells at you to get results, he guides you on how to not only have good form (which is great for your personal safety), but also encourages you to get the best results for you.
Andrew has been responsive when you say that theres a particular ailment that is affecting you at that moment, and has a broad repertoire of exercises which can achieve similar goals for that muscle area. I.e. My knees werent loving one of the exercises, so we switched it up to a better stretch which worked the same area of the body.
While the price of a session can feel like a lot, the support and guidance provided by Andrew is focused solely on you during your session - accompanied with a training plan for self-guided workouts throughout the week. Ive not regretted signing up for Andrews assistance on my weight-loss & muscle/fitness journey.
On a side note - other than Andrews work with me, Ive seen him support many other clients, and his care for your physical health is strong and dedicated. In my last session, I felt like the world was weighing down upon me - Andrew helped snap me out of that mindset, and possibly without realising what I needed when I needed it most. He is kind, caring, but also focused on you. Sometimes thats quite hard to find in this world.
