Craig Nicholson Awesome gym. Havent been a regular here since I have moved areas but Nitro Hallam has been around for ages and one of the better gyms in the area. My first gym membership back in 2009 and still going strong.

Vicki J Bonet Tava Yoga has helped improve my life immensely. My mobility has greatly improved, my stress levels reduced, and the one-on-one class is calming and nurturing. Lauren Stern is a vastly experienced practitioner who has deep empathy and compassion for her clients. She’s warm and welcoming too. Highly recommended.

Amy ODonnell I worked with Paolo for my first bodybuilding show in Sydney. Paolo is an amazing coach who made me feel supported every step of the way. He always made sure my mental health was priority and ensured I was on track to be stage ready. It was a great first bodybuilding experience.
