Generally tailored for body building, which is clearly the gyms intention and it suits it well. Have seen more equipment come through like deadlift platform and trap bar which is great.
Its not perfect for weight lifting, buts its pretty close to it, and a good environment. Your stuff is safe, and people are friendly. Pretty roomy, couldnt get much better for the area as size is money in such a popular area for industry.
Cheap, good parking, good equipment thats pretty well maintained. Staff are good.
