The next best thing is novelty. As someone who doesn’t have a great record of attendance after the initial glow has worn off… the fact that every single class is different means I am never bored.
And lastly, feeling dynamically fit, functionally powerful because of the diversity of exercises has meant I am not sore, and my previous injuries are finally being healed.
