Ronan Nanayakkara Pretty good gym with variations of machines and enough free weights. Does not get too crowded and the staff is pretty friendly. Charges are reasonable. Ladies only area and dedicated area for legs as well.

Recently had to cancel my membership due to moving further away but it was an extremely pleasant experience even throughout the cancellation process. I havent found a gym with this environment where Im currently living. Will definitely go back if circumstances allow me.

Luke Warburton I really enjoy working out at Foundry Gym in Hallam because it fits perfectly with my schedule. Since I’m up early to work out, the gyms hours align well with my routine. Being there at 4 a.m. gives me the advantage of having the place mostly to myself, which makes it easier to focus and get my workouts done efficiently. One of the things I especially appreciate about Foundry Gym is their restricted membership quota. This is such a huge bonus because it helps prevent the gym from getting overcrowded, especially during peak hours. It means I don’t have to wait around for machines or equipment, and I can maintain my flow without distractions. The atmosphere is calm and focused, which is exactly what I need to get through my intense training sessions. The gym has everything I need, from free weights to machines, and it’s well-maintained, which adds to the overall experience. It’s really become a space where I can push myself without worrying about overcrowding or missing out on equipment.

Henry has a clear understanding of the practicality of Wing Chun, and his teaching is very attentive. The teaching process is interactive and engaging, making this a highly recommended martial arts school.

Aless CrossFit Hallam feels like a relief valve after a long day. The trainers are outstanding—motivating, knowledgeable, and always supportive. The community is just as impressive, with training partners who push you through the last reps and stick around for friendly chats afterwards. Bailey Hooper Similarly to some of the other 1 star reviews, I purchased a gym set a few years back now. I’m leaving a review because I want people to be aware that I would constantly be told that my product was coming and it then got to a point where we agreed on a refund to resolve the product not being relieved (supposedly due to covid restrictions). Once this was settled I stopped receiving money after the second or third instalment leaving them still to owe me $2500 (invoice 668). I have spoken to another person who purchased equipment from a1 and they stated that they received goods but not all of their purchase and when fighting it in court, they still struggled to receive payment (if they ever did). I would strongly recommend staying far away from these crooks. They don’t care who they’re taking money from as long as they’re still making it.

John Stevenson Ive been left no option but to refer this company to a debt collection service and leave a bad review. We carried out an install for them going back and forth to the customers house up to 6 times to help them out, even moving our other jobs, to accomodate this one, the install was completed yet we are still waiting for out $3500 invoice to be paid some 3 weeks afterwards, and almost 2 months since the first installation day, promises of it being passed onto "accounts" and being paid asap have all been lies, we have our own wages and bills to cover so to not pay is affecting more than just me and my company. Dog move and bang out of order. I would stay well clear of this company they seem to have no conscience.

All while in a class environment with a trainer and friends who truly want to see you succeed and cheer you on each step of the way! I couldnt recommend it highly enough and encourage everyone to give it a go and see it for yourself.

The weightloss challenges are extremely personalised and are designed so you can maintain a healthy lifestyle. Sarah, the in-house naturopath and masseuse from Natural Alignment Therapies is incredible! I cant rate this place high enough. I totally recommend it for people wanting to lose weight, maintain a healthy fitness level or just enjoy some fun team events in a group setting.

Chris Van Gunst Although more a free weight type of guy this place seems a solid place to train. Was charged $10 casual entry (not sure where the $5 fee came from as claimed in previous neg review). Anyway am sure a feedback/suggestion box could be installed in the gym if the business wanted feedback, would be a much nicer platform than the internet or mentioning competitors down the road.

Shannon Dell I joined my daughter up to Sterling 11 years ago and would never go anywhere else. It is a family orientated club and the coaches have been amazing and supportive to girls and parents. I’ve never experienced any nastiness from parents or coaches that you can find in some clubs so it makes it a nice place to come and the my daughter loves coming to class. Everyone so welcoming and great friendships are made for life. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great club to be apart of.

My daughter is more flexible and improving all her movements. Ginny and the coaches absolutely amazing!!! It is not just the callisthenic, it is discipline, commitment, responsibility and more...
