Lisa I joined Miss Spartan (in my early 50’s) during the pandemic as they were offering live online classes (which they still do). It’s been 5 years now and I’m fitter, stronger and happier than ever. The coaches are incredibly positive and encouraging with a good balance between pushing us to try new things or heavier weights, but also wonderful when you need to modify if you’re unwell or have been away. The community is amazing and there’s no stuffy pretense. Everyone is there to enjoy their workout and we do!

Sam Khatib Jude has a wealth of knowledge and is thorough in his practice. Highly recommend Jude if you are struggling with ongoing pain or an injury. Hes your guy!

Ian Smith Naturally at the age of 50 plus I have had my fair share of running injuries and niggles. Cory has helped me get through all of them. His experience and expertise have helped me greatly and Im still managing lifetime PBs thanks to his help.

hanselandregretful I’ve been a member here since I was a teen. It’s not the only gym I’ve been to since. But most definitely be the gym I’ll call home. Kevin & Chris( the owners) are super helpful. They made me feel like an athlete and most importantly . Family, like I belong. The gyms got everything i think I could ever require, and a community with a unique dearness. Go check it out.
