5 /5 GG V: I started Pilates with Josh almost 2 years ago. I highly recommend Josh! He is kind, caring and an experienced physiotherapist. But the star of the show is Sam! Everyday she proposes a different exercise, she is fun, highly skilled and her Pilates class is always THE BEST!

5 /5 Anni Knight: This was my first ever massage. I went into it a bit skeptical, as I’m a young female and my masseur was a male, so I was a little worried I wouldn’t get the ‘relaxing’ bit. However, James, from the get go was great. Super professional, made me feel extremely comfortable and answered any questions I had. I felt and feel so good afterwards.
