5 /5 Nigel Calmiano: PLUS Fitness (Thornleigh) is a cool place to work out! Chris is a very helpful person to talk to. The Gym is clean, well maintained and has modern equipment. Within the Gym, the boxing lessons run by Rae(GRIT HOUSE FITNESS)) are fantastic. Rae goes to great lengths to tailor your boxing lessons to your level of fitness. For me in particular with all my aches and pains, Rae gives a lot of importance to my warm up and warm downs to keep me injury free. I would encourage anyone who wants to try boxing, that they contact Rae Nigel

5 /5 Accel Plays: A good gym, has all the high quality equipment you need. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Has 2 very clean bathrooms and 2 showers, so you will not need to wait or be concerned with bad bathrooms.

1 /5 Roberto Pilla: Joined via fitness passport, my 24 hr access card which I had paid for got deactivated due to not being used which is understandable (fitness passport membership never lapsed though therefore neither did my Plus Fitness membership). I tried to reactivate the card now and am told there’s a ‘reactivation fee’. Were these cards not sold as a ‘one time fee’ or am I misremembering? Feels like quite a dirty business tactic but thankfully fitness passport gives me access to plenty of other gyms!

5 /5 Michelle Madembo: I really love the gym the staff are lovely and very welcoming boxing sessions are great with ray she welcoming and very supportive. If there are any issues the staff are always there and ready to help I would really recommend.
