Vicki Beecher I came to Narrabeen Yoga with no yoga experience and a preconceived notion that I would only be working on my body. What a pleasant surprise when I met my teacher Dominique and experienced her style of yoga which connects mind body and spirit. Dominique is the best teacher I have ever had regardless what I am being taught! Not only is she knowledgeable about the body (presumably from her massage background) and yoga (shes an expert at Anusara, Dru, Iyengar and no doubt others) she is also a fantastic listener, a fun and engaging speaker, and committed to the practice. Dominque manages to hold space for us as a group, to encourage us to listen to our bodies and to lead with our hearts. I always come away with an all-over glow, as if my entire body has recieved a massage and a workout at the same time. Usually it feels like she is directing the class specifically to me, that what ever is challenging me spiritually or emotionally we focus on that in the class. I highly recommend Narrabeen Yoga - it is within the practice with Dominique that I have connected with many parts of myself.

Kim Jahn I have been going to AF in Kew for a bit over a year now, and I have been very happy going here. The staff are always very friendly, and I rarely have to wait to use the piece/s of equipment I want to use. They also offer free towels to use, which none of the other locations Ive been to offer, and its always clean and tidy.

Julia Giusti I began my gym journey at Vision PT Mortdale and it’s been a great place to start. Having a personal trainer has really helped me learn proper technique and build confidence. My PT, Zoe, has been fantastic - she is always encouraging and really knowledgeable. The whole team is welcoming and easy to work with. Highly recommend Vision PT Mortdale for friendly, motivating trainers!
