Well, let me say that training at Primal is not like any gym Ive trained at before. It is caring, it is personalised and theres definitely no meatheads. Yes, I am pushed, yes, I am confronting my own barriers - both physical and mental. But its done in such an encouraging way that Im less resistant.
As for results, well in 4 months of training at Primal, Ive lost weight that previously wouldnt shift, increased my lifting capacity considerably, am successfully managing & healing some recurrent injuries, and made significant changes to my diet and lifestyle. In all my adult life, I have never felt this strong and healthy.
