1 /5 Manjita Food: I purchased a Citizen watch from Prouds Jewellery in December 2024. Recently, it stopped working due to a mechanical fault. I replaced the battery myself, but the watch still didn’t work, so I sent it in for repair on 26 June 2025 under warranty. After multiple follow-ups, I was informed today, 29 August 2025, that I would need to pay $160, despite the watch still being under warranty and the issue not caused by misuse. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and poor customer service. A mechanical fault in a warranty period should be repaired or replaced at no cost. I hope Prouds Jewellery improves their warranty service and treats customers fairly
