We choose one readymade Dubai machine made ring for my husband but we wanted only add y alphabet then owner told us he has to give order in Dubai nd its take time. When i saw our ring it was flat looking, very simple nd handmade one more thing i saw there was no 916 symbol after that his employee put 916 symbol on my ring. That time also owner didnt received my call to till now. now i have doubt it was made from Dubai or hear and its pure gold or not. Dont trust this PSS jwellery. THE COST IS HIGHER THEN OTHER JWELLERS HE CHARGED ME. This is my 2nd time bad experience. My husband bought ring for me on our Anniversary it was damaged within 1 week when i went there to returned he told me he will deduct ring making charges like $100 nd my ring price was $200 it was very unfair. So i didnt returned.

Sharmila was very patient in explaining the process involved in getting it custom made. Jaya did an awesome job in bringing two different designs in one ring. I am glad I found this shop.
