sepehr mokhberi I had a positive experience with BH Movement, specifically with Brett, who provided expert guidance in strength and conditioning for Jujitsu and Muay Thai. Despite having back and hip injuries, Brett developed a tailored program that not only addressed these issues but also improved overall physical performance. I now train 6 days a week without any pain which has been due to Brett and his tailored approach and constantly checking in on me to ensure that I am progressing with my training.
