1 /5 Jayne Cush: Poor communication, poor service and very slow to action anything. Kim constantly made excuses for not making contact and blaming others or systems for her failures. It took her six weeks just to commence a supreme court bail application and made promises she couldn’t keep. She was happy to take $10,000 upfront, but the return on investment was not forthcoming. She committed to hiring a barrister, then when questioned about what was happening, she informed us that her ‘boss’ would do the representation. I would definitely not recommend Randall Legal. Don’t waste your money. We sacked Randall and have engaged much better legal representation elsewhere. My initial review above is true and correct. Randall’s response is inappropriate, defensive and inaccurate. The firm is lucky to get one star.
