5 /5 aaronlooksup: Product and delivery experience excellent - very happy with both of those; business not so good at responding to enquiries at all. To be fair, none of the 22k sellers in Australia seem particularly good at this however, including om jewellery. At least rb’s did eventually respond to my questions though, hence purchasing through them. Ease of purchase good, speed good, delivery good, product beautiful. Still waiting on an answer whether they will custom make 22k ring for me however, so again, not that proactive in chasing a sale… would buy through rbs again though.

Since my last review I’ve bought my mother the 22k gold necklace pictured, with which she’s entirely enamoured ….
I’ve also bought this insanely awesome initialled ring that radhika had designed & made. The styling & colour is sublime. Service has been exceptional. Radhika’s dilligence and patience assisted me to get more than what I’d hoped for. I simply love this ring!
