5 /5 Emma: Rebecca handled our conveyance of our property in Sydney. Our property search lasted quite a long time and her contract reviews were very thorough. Most of the places we looked at were old terraces, and there were pretty significant complexities with the titles and contracts, which Bec researched and explained to us. She was very responsive and was great at negotiating with the vendors solicitors, and was able to make sure that we had adequate protections when negotiating with the solicitors. Our settlement went very smoothly because of Bec’s efforts to ensure everything was in order leading up to the settlement date. Thank you for all your hard work.
